Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian tax regulations.

Damaged or Defective Items
If the product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
For the product to need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of the damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages and then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide the full refund.
100% Refund/Replacement:
We ensure that all products are accurately described on our website and meet our quality standards. To safeguard customers against issues such as shipping damage, incorrect items, or missing components, complaints must be reported within 2 days from the date of delivery. Customers are required to raise a support ticket through the Support section on our website.
Our technical team will review the submitted information and, upon verification, issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for the return. Once the product is received, our experts will inspect the reported issue and arrange a replacement. In such cases, the replacement will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
If a replacement is unavailable due to stock constraints, a 100% refund will be issued. Please note that warranty coverage will be void if the product has been misused, damaged by static discharge, neglected, involved in an accident, modified, soldered, or altered in any manner.
Due to the nature of our products and our strict quality control policies, order cancellations and returns without a valid reason are not permitted. WEAVUM TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund and return requests.
Canceling An Order:
If you wish to cancel your order or update the shipping address, please contact us by email only. Our Customer Service team will respond within one business day regarding your request.
Only orders that are in “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status are eligible for modification or cancellation. Once an order has progressed to any other status, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
In certain cases, order cancellations may be subject to a 5% bank or payment gateway charge, depending on the payment method used. This fee is applied because payment gateway providers retain their commission even when an order is canceled and refunded.

Limits Of Responsibility:
We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
